Lanele Stafford M.S., H.H.P.

I have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology, and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in Sport Medicine & Injury. I am also a certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

I have worked in the field of Kinesiology for 19 years.  Prior to this, I spent two years working in Physical Therapy. 

I bring with me my experience as a runner at collegiate level and my 15+ years of yoga study.
